Our company was started in 1994 in a very small way at 15, Nehru street. We provided 6 models to suit all the needs of the customer to knit the best and variety of collars, cuffs and fabrics. Due to price competition from Chinese Brands, we switched to JINPENG COMPUTERISED FLAT KNITTING MACHINE, a Prominent and well experienced Brand from China. Jinpeng company is fully integrated and very big factory, which makes all the parts including the Needle Bed to maintain quality. Due to Jinpeng’s advanced features and Prime quality like, Japanese steel Bed, Gold Platted Electronic control Boards, German Cables and Conveyers ( IGUS) the machine is very sturdy and heavy , supporting Long Life and Good Speed.

The special features include “Micro step Driver” which maintains evenness of stitch-value ,giving the collars high quality Knit structures. The” Auto-Reset” function in Jinpeng, avoids the Needle Breakage to very minimum level by which the machine stoppage is very less. The “Double side Auto Lock” feature is highly useful while running stripped collar where in the Locks are formed on both edges of the collars, giving a perfect edge finish on colour changing.
Around 500 machines are running in Tirupur . The machines have been time tested for more than 14 years.
